As of Fall of 2023 TAYSA jerseys will now have the player's last name printed on the back of the jersey. 

Please type the name & number (if known) to be printed on the jersey in "Order special instructions" during "View Cart" Stage before checkout!  If you do not have an assigned number just enter the name and we will get your number assignment from the club.
